Dear Sir          Sub: LifeCare Foundation LCF – Request Letter LifeCare Foundation is a venture of Charitable Trust initiated by Dr. Biju Ravindran, (Senior Physiatrist and Head of the Department of Neuro Rehabilitation at INDO- AMERICAN HOSPITAL VAIKOM and the Associate Consultant in Aster Medcity, COCHIN and Senior Consultant in PMR in Saraf Hospital, Cochin) for the purpose of Children’s who badly suffer from Cerebral Palsy and Neurological Disorders . I would like to introduce Project ‘ SWAYAM ’ to support this children’s especially suffer from Cerebral Palsy. The project means to help these children to live themselves as normal human being.
